This presentation of neuropsychiatric treatment involves a dynamically oriented pharmacotherapeutic and psychotherapeutic approach. The author hope that this presenting material will encourage the practicing clinician and those associated with medicine to adopt an orientation to treatment which will maximize his therapeutic yield through the coordinated use of somatic treatment, psychotherapy and social engineering.
